COVID-19 Trial Rules & Regulations

• You must sanitize your hands when you enter (we will provide this for you)

• You must wear a mask (we do not provide this, please bring your own)

• The only time your mask is allowed to be off is when your technician is doing a makeup service or the front of your hair and tells you it can be taken off

• We will be taking your temperature upon arrival

• Payment for trials are CASH ONLY. If possible please try to have exact change

• During this time we will NOT be allowing any guests to use our hair extensions for the trial. You must bring YOUR OWN if you would like to use them

• Absolutely NO guests are allowed other than the client

• If the client is more comfortable remaining OUTSIDE for the trial, we will perform services OUTDOORS in the shade. Please bring a blanket if you get cold easily. 

• We have additionally installed a ventilation system in our home studio for those who would like to remain INDOORS for their appointment

• For indoor trials SHOES MUST REMAIN OFF OUTSIDE before entering to avoid germs entering our home.

• Please be sure to come with DRY smooth hair ready to be styled. Dirtier hair is always better as long as its NOT greasy

• There will unfortunately be no handshaking or hugging upon arrival or departure

• Please call or text us when you arrive, as we are only allowing one guest at a time

• Please note that you will need to sign our COVID-19 release form prior to your appointment 

 

COVID-19 Wedding Day Rules & Regulations

• Everyone who will be in the room and/or receiving hair services must sanitize & get their temperature taken by us upon arrival

• Everyone who will be in the room and/or receiving hair services must fill out a COVID-19 release form before arrival

• Everyone who will be in the room and/or receiving hair services must be wearing a mask at ALL times (we do not provide masks, everyone must have their own)

• The only time your mask is allowed to be off is when your technician is doing a makeup service or the front of your hair and tells you it can be taken off

• Please make sure everyone comes with DRY smooth hair ready to be styled. Dirtier hair is always better as long as its NOT greasy

• The Updosbylisa hair team must be able to work in an environment that remains 6 feet apart from everyone else. Due to this, we ask that each hair stylist has a separate room to work in and when a service is being done it is ONLY the stylist and the client in that room. In the event of a smaller getting ready space such as a hotel room, we just ask that a table is provided for each stylist on opposite ends of the room, and if possible near a window for ventilation purposes

• Please do NOT touch any of our tools, products or brushes

• There will unfortunately be no handshaking or hugging upon arrival or departure

• A member on the team will call or text bride upon arrival

 

Please be assured that the members of the Updosbylisa hair team will be following the same rules and regulations that we are asking from all of our clients. The safety of others along with ourselves is our top priority. In between every client we will be disinfecting our work area, sanitizing our tools, and washing our hands. The only way to stop the spread of this virus is to treat everyone, including our staff as if they could be infected. These precautions and protocols will continue to be adjusted as we continue getting daily updates about COVID-19.
